Sometimes it feels like I blink and my life has completely passed me by. Even though I’m only 22 years old. I remember when I was just 19 or just 17. So much has changed about my life since then. I’ve grown, I’ve healed, I’ve cried, and I’ve learned so much in just a couple of years. I started these june journal prompts as a way to sort of slow down time. Reflecting on the ways that this month has changed me as a person will give me time to enjoy the person that I’m becoming. I hope to look back at these responses and see the progression of the person that I became.
I am sharing these prompts because I think that’ll be helpful for us to grow and learn together. Share these prompts with anyone that you think will gain something from them.
These prompts are to be used as a guide to consider your experiences in the month of June. What was June like for you? What experiences did you have in June? These prompts will help you gain a deeper understanding of how this month has impacted your life.
These prompts can also be used with my digital/printable Nightly Journal, which you can get here for $5.

Being vulnerable on the internet is something that I still struggle with. I have no idea who will read this and what impact that will have on them. In some ways that’s terrifying, but in other ways it fuels me to continue sharing about my own personal experience. That’s why I’ve decided to share my own responses to these journal prompts and hope to inspire you to use them for yourself.
Prompt #1: In June, I learned to trust myself more. That even when I think that I don’t know where I’m going or what I’m doing. Somewhere deep inside, I do. I know that everything will work out for my good and that I’m headed on a path to amazing things. All I have to do is keep going.
Prompt #2: I felt a mix of emotions in June. I had a lot of very beautiful moments that made me feel excited to be alive. I also had a lot of dark moments that made me feel sad and confused about my path.
Prompt #3: Some of my best moments in June were:
Some of my worst moments in June were:
Prompt #4: June would be a purply blue color, full of hope with a tinge of sadness.
Prompt #5: I started therapy again and I finally got a psychological evaluation. I’m not exactly sure how major those things are right now. But, it feels like this was a very life changing event, for the better.
Prompt #6: I was not consistent with my morning or night routines in June. Morning routines are extremely important for me to feel grounded. I need to prioritize my morning routine much more next month.
Prompt #7: Waking up with my girlfriend and my puppy made me excited to wake up every morning.
Prompt #8: I had a hard time dealing with my weight this month. I felt myself being extremely critical of how much I was intaking, what I was intaking, and the way that my body felt and looked.
Prompt #9: I wish I could change how negative I was feeling.
Prompt #10: I would like to continue having new experiences next month. In June, I went with my girlfriend, her dad, her dad’s girlfriend, and her brother to the beach at sunrise to take drone footage. It was such an amazing experience and I learned so much about cameras and drones. I’d love to continue having experiences like that and completely new ones.
That’s a wrap! I hope you enjoyed this blog post and you come back next month for more journal prompts.
