I love being able to try my shade in store to make sure I’m getting the perfect match 2. They look so good with minimal effort 3. The shade & undertone range is sooo good! No but seriously 😂😂 idk traditional therapy genuin No but seriously 😂😂 idk traditional therapy genuinely has not been working for me so I guess makeup & psych meds are going to have to do 😂 here’s been my struggle with traditional therapy: 1. At some point the therapist says or does something that breaks the fourth wall and I realize I’m talking to a stranger about my most traumatic things. And I just can’t unsee it 😭 2. I can’t keep up with appointments. Like my ADHD be beating me up. Either I stay up all night to be at my appointment or I completely forget it exists💀 3. Talking about my trauma has not made it better 😭 Idk I’m not saying I don’t believe in it. I am saying it’s not working for me at this point in my life. What has your therapy experience been like?
